Whenever I started a new painting, I like to give myself a new challenge:
My latest is another one, the intricate patterns of the dahlia, each petal with the subtle change of colors is a challenge to paint and on top of this, I always find yellow and pink it is difficult color to keep it intense but still remains its transparency.
